Three generations, one Kitchen.
Owner Joe Gargano grew up in pizza shops. His father immigrated from Sicily with Joe’s mother, and together they worked hard to build a life around flour, sauce, and long days in the kitchen. Joe and his three brothers were right there beside them, learning the craft early and calling their dad “Pop.” The nickname stuck, and so did the dream of always running a true family pizzeria.
Over the years, Joe has opened five successful pizza restaurants, but Pop’s Pizza is the most personal one yet.
Now it’s come full circle. Joe’s son, Joe Jr., spent his childhood and much of his twenties working alongside his dad, just like Joe once did with his own father. And now Joe’s grandkids stop by, creating the same memories Joe grew up with. Same recipes. Same work ethic. Same love for feeding the neighborhood.
